Testing
Two levels of testing are available:
1. Reading skills assessment: this level of testing is appropriate when seeking support and intervention to strengthen reading and spelling. This testing identifies which programming will be most beneficial, it gathers the needed data to create a personalized learning plan, and is used for progress monitoring. Cost: $299. Testing Time: 1 Hour
2. Comprehensive Dyslexia Evaluation: This level of testing is appropriate for determining whether your student has characteristics of dyslexia. A series of standardized, norm-referenced assessments will identify the areas of processing and academic performance that typically lag behind same-age peers when dyslexia is affecting school progress and performance. A written report and follow-up meeting will provide you with the information you need to seek appropriate supports and accommodations inside and outside of school. Cost: $499. Testing time: 1.5 hours.
